The frustration that started it all

Every business we've worked with has the same problem: too many tools, not enough integration.

Your contacts live in Salesforce. Your projects are in Monday.com. Your support tickets are in Zendesk. Your accounting is in QuickBooks. Your documents are in Google Docs. And none of these systems talk to each other without expensive integrations that break every time one vendor updates their API.

Then there's the AI promise. Every SaaS vendor is adding "AI features" — usually a chatbot that can draft emails or summarize notes. Useful, but far from transformative. And they charge extra for it.

One platform, not ten

What if one platform could handle CRM, project management, ITSM, accounting, HR, inventory, analytics, and documents? Not by being mediocre at everything, but by building a flexible foundation that adapts to each domain?

That's what we set out to build. Vitelligence isn't a CRM with project management bolted on. It's a business operations platform with a shared data model, shared AI layer, and shared customization framework. Each app is purpose-built for its domain while sharing the benefits of the whole system.
