1. Service Description
Vitelligence is a cloud-based business operations platform providing CRM, project management, IT service management, accounting, and other business applications with integrated AI capabilities.
2. Account Terms
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must be 18 years or older to use the service
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
3. Payment Terms
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after grace period
4. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You can export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
- Interfere with the operation of the service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
6. AI Usage
AI features are powered by third-party AI models. AI-generated suggestions and outputs are provided as assistance and should be reviewed by users before acting upon them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.
AI queries are subject to plan limits. We reserve the right to implement rate limiting to ensure fair usage across all customers.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide notice of planned maintenance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
