  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Process transactions and billing
  • Send service notifications and updates
  • Provide customer support
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure AWS infrastructure with:

  • Database-level Row-Level Security for tenant isolation
  • Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
  • Regular automated backups with 30-day retention
  • Access controls and audit logging

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Service providers: AWS (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing)
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

AI queries are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. We do not share your business data for AI model training.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data in standard formats
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how our website and application are used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
